WHAT IS OUR JEWELRY MADE OF?

Club Paradiso's pieces are lovingly hand-crafted using a variety of high quality materials, including semi-precious stone, glass, resin, 14K-18K gold, sterling silver and brass. Exact materials associated with each style are listed on their product detail page.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY PIECES?

To keep your pieces at their best, please store neatly when not in use. Avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics; this includes lotion, sunscreen, and perfume. Pieces that are not solid gold should never be worn in the shower, the pool or the ocean. Also when traveling, we recommend always storing them in your microfiber pouch.

ORDER CAME DAMAGED! WHAT DO I DO?

For any damaged jewelry upon arrival, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Add order # and pictures of the damaged pieces.

Shipping

  • Please allow 3-10 business week days for processing.
  • Currently no international shipping outside of the US.
  • All shipping times only begin once the order has been dispatched from USPS.
  • Free shipping on all orders through USPS. Shipping estimate is 5-14 business days.

Return policy

At CLUB PARADISO, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a return is necessary. Please take a moment to review our return policy below.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  • We accept returns on jewelry that is unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the original purchase date.
  • All tags and packaging must be intact and included with the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued upon receiving returned items.
  • Return shipping fee is not covered.

EXCLUSIONS

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  • Contact our customer service team at info@clubparadiso.com to request a return authorization.
  • Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and tags.
  • Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • Refunds do not include cost of return shipping.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed. Days may vary depending on your bank's methods.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
  • CLUB PARADISO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

CANCELLATIONS

  • To request a cancellation, please email info@shopclubparadiso.com. There is a 5-10 day business day bank processing delay. Refunds from cancellations depend on individual's banking policies (3-14 business days).
